ISO HV Centering Rings with Screens

TFM offers centering rings with a mesh screen designed for mating ISO flanges, particularly at the inlet of a pump to filter out debris. These rings include both the centering ring and o-ring, making them ideal for through- or foreline vacuum plumbing as well as for basic HV chamber ports.

  • Construction: Stainless steel ring with a fluorocarbon (FKM) o-ring and #6 mesh screen.
