Hydraulically (Hydro) Formed Bellows - ConFlat (CF) UHV Flanged (Thin Unbraided Wall)
Hydraulically formed bellows, made for UHV systems, are constructed from 300 series stainless steel flexible hoses and 304L stainless steel CF flanges. They are commonly used in foreline connections or for connecting manifolds to rough pumps, especially in applications that require a semi-permanent change in direction.
Hydraulically (Hydro) Formed Bellows - ConFlat (CF) UHV Flanged (Braided Wall)
Hydraulically formed bellows, designed for high vacuum (HV) systems, are made from flexible hoses of 300 series stainless steel and 304L stainless steel CF flanges. A braided sheath encases the convoluted hose, providing added protection against damage and enhancing durability in demanding environments.
Hydraulically (Hydro) Formed Bellows - ConFlat (CF) UHV Flanged (Standard Unbraided Wall)
CF flanges are attached at each end of the hydroformed bellows. The standard unbraided version is more flexible than the braided version.
